- Should I call first?
- Yes. Call first. We may be out on a job. (715) 539-6304. You can text that number, or send a repair request.
- What are the hours?
- Open 11:00 am–11:00 pm, seven days a week.
- Do you pick equipment up?
- You can drop it off, or ask about pickup, delivery, or on-site service. Call first so we can say if the trip works that day.
- Do you work on old equipment?
- We work on equipment of any age: new, old, or antique. We are not an auto shop.
- Do you work on cars?
- No. We are not an auto shop. We repair small engines and equipment.
- Do you take pressure washers, pumps, personal watercraft, or inboard and sterndrive engines?
- Yes. All of those. Send a picture if you are not sure what it is.
- How far will you drive?
- Anywhere within 60 miles of Merrill. Rhinelander is in. Call first.
- Where does a finished form go?
- The shop gets it by email, and by text when texting is turned on. If you need us now, call (715) 539-6304.
- Do you give estimates?
- Yes. We diagnose first, talk through the work, and we don’t start the repair until you approve it. A parts deposit may be required before parts are ordered.
