The repair form asks for your name, phone number, the machine, and what it is doing. Photos, brand, model, year, and how it should get here are optional. We use that to answer the request. We do not put a customer photo on the site unless you agree.

The form is emailed to sandmsmallengine@gmail.com. A text to the shop is sent only when texting is turned on. If it is not, the site gives you a message you can text yourself.

This site loads Google Analytics (tag G-E5BB30SXJK), a Google Map of the shop, and fonts from Google. Those services get the usual browser data for those features. Call, text, directions, and form events are counted separately from a finished request.

To ask about a request, call (715) 539-6304 or email sandmsmallengine@gmail.com. We have not published a retention schedule.
