It won't start

You pull, turn the key, or press the button and nothing useful happens.

Worth noting before you call

• Is the fuel shutoff open, and is the gas fresh? Old gas is the most common story we hear.
• Is the safety control (seat, bail, or brake) in the position the machine needs to run? Do not tie off or bypass a safety switch.
• Do you hear a click, a crank, or nothing at all? That one detail changes the job.
• Did it sit all winter, or did it die in the middle of a job?

If those don’t get it running, stop. Don’t keep cranking a flooded engine or jumping a machine you don’t know. Call and we’ll start with a real diagnosis.
