• It won't start

  You pull, turn the key, or press the button and nothing useful happens.

• It starts, then dies

  It catches for a few seconds, then quits. Or it runs until it gets hot and stalls.

• It runs rough or surges

  The engine hunts, surges, or won’t hold a steady speed.

• The snowblower won't throw snow

  The engine runs, but snow doesn’t leave the chute, or it barely does.

• No spark, no charge, or dead electric

  It cranks and won’t fire, the battery is always dead, or an electric machine does nothing.

• Is it worth fixing?

  You’re not sure if the repair costs more than another machine.
